Job summary

Planet Honda is seeking energetic Service Administrators to join our team in Union, NJ. This full-time role offers $18-$20 per hour based on experience, with Saturday availability preferred.

Prior administrative or data-entry experience is required, automotive experience is welcomed, and a valid NJ driver's license is expected. You'll prepare, scan and file service records, maintain customer and vehicle data, process invoices, and provide support to Service Managers and technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in administrative, data entry, or similar roles.
• Prior automotive experience welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Courteous and professional communication skills.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scan and file service records, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and repair order information.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other light clerical duties.
• Provide administrative support to the Service Manager, Service Advisors, and technicians.
• Coordinate with Parts, Sales, Warranty, and Accounting departments as needed.
