Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls in a friendly, prompt, professional manner.
• Page employees requested by customers in person or by phone.
• Transfer calls to appropriate parties quickly and accurately.
• Take phone messages and ensure they reach the right person.
• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Maintain desk and showroom cleanliness and appearance.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
