Key Auto Group's Salem Ford in Salem, NH is seeking an entry-level Dealership Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. You will learn vehicle features, assist customers, and support the delivery process.

In this role you will prep sold vehicles, ensure cleanliness, manage inventory organization, and gain CRM and KeyTrack system experience while developing a foundation in automotive sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability and eagerness to learn and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
• Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery
• Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage
• Fuel/Charge vehicles
• Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed
• Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery
• Remove license plates from trade-ins
• Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery
• Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness
• Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys
• Program keys into KeyTrack system
• Complete OEM certification and training
• Learn CRM and other applications
• Assist with day-to-day activities as needed

• Consistent and solid work history and/or a recent grad
