Key Auto Group is seeking an Entry-Level Dealership Sales Associate for Salem Hyundai in Salem, NH. You will participate in customer-facing activities, learn product features, and support vehicle delivery processes, including paperwork and CRM usage.

Responsibilities include vehicle prep, feature demonstrations, and daily operational support. A valid driver’s license and a positive, coachable attitude are required for this growth-focused entry position.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Recent grad or solid work history.

Responsabilités

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery.
• Ensure all “we owe” items are complete prior to delivery.
• Inspect vehicle cleanliness and defects or damage.
• Fuel/Charge vehicles.
• Ensure temporary plates and inspection stickers are installed.
• Activate and connect remote vehicle services upon delivery.
• Remove license plates from trade-ins.
• Review pertinent features with customers at time of delivery.
• Manage inventory placement, grouping, spacing and cleanliness.
• Prepare and apply stock tags on vehicles and keys.
• Program keys into KeyTrack system.
• Complete OEM certification and training.
• Learn CRM and other applications.
• Assist with day-to-day activities as needed.
