Job summary

Holler Nissan Columbia is seeking a Controller to manage full-cycle accounting for our dealership group based at the centralized office on Two Notch Rd. The role requires seven years of senior accounting experience in a dealership and expertise with CDK DMS and Excel.

You will prepare monthly financial statements, oversee receivables, and mentor accounting staff, ensuring strong internal controls and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of full-cycle accounting in a senior role, dealership experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior Dealership Management System (DMS) experience; CDK preferred.
• Ability to explain financial information to non-financial management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements according to Group guidelines and OEM standards; submit statements to CFO and OEM in an accurate and timely manner.
• Prepare and submit sales tax reporting monthly.
• Monitor all receivables, including OEM accounts and related items.
• Interpret financial statements and communicate trends to CFO and General Managers.
• Review and reconcile accounts and bank statements monthly.
