Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Proven leadership of finance teams in a corporate setting.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement financial policies to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior management on financial strategies for growth.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors for compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the board and exec team.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
