Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Dealership Controller to manage accounting operations across the organization. The role includes maintaining records, controls, and budgets to mitigate risk while producing GAAP-compliant financial reports.

The ideal candidate will oversee AR/AP, payroll, inventory, and HR administration, with a minimum of three years in dealership finance and strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of dealership experience in a similar role.
• Must be detail-oriented and accurate in financial work.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and monthly reports.
• Oversee vendor management and outsourcing.
• Maintain an orderly accounting system and accounts payable/receivable.
• Process payroll and tax liabilities.
• Ensure timely, complete financial statements and compliance.
