Job summary

Tony Serra Nissan Cullman is looking for a Dealership Cashier / BDC / Scanning Coordinator to provide excellent service at the service cashier window, process payments, and maintain organized records. The role supports the Service Department and BDC with customer communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments by cash, credit card, debit card, check, and approved dealership payment methods.
• Verify repair orders, invoices, customer information, and payment amounts before completing transactions.
• Scan completed repair orders and supporting documentation into the dealership's designated system.
• Maintain an accurate daily cash drawer.
• Reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each business day.
• Prepare daily cashier reports and required paperwork.
• Obtain required signatures and documentation.
• Handle customer questions regarding invoices professionally.
• Follow up with customers via BDC for service opportunities.
• Update customer contact information and notes in the dealership CRM.
• Schedule service appointments when authorized.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or Manager.
