Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service to dealership visitors and callers.
• Processes payments for products and services accurately and efficiently.
• Answers and directs incoming calls to the proper department or person.
• Performs clerical tasks and filing as needed by the Office Manager.
• Balances daily cash and paper transactions.
• Performs other duties consistent with the role.
