Job summary

Tony Serra Nissan Cullman is seeking a Dealership Cashier / BDC / Scanning Coordinator to deliver friendly service at the service cashier window, process payments, and ensure accurate repair order documentation.

You will scan documents, manage records, support the Service and BDC teams with follow-up, and help schedule appointments while safeguarding customer information in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments by cash, card, or check and verify amounts.
• Maintain an accurate daily cash drawer and reconcile it daily.
• Scan and attach documents to repair orders and ensure signatures.
• Coordinate with Service BDC for customer follow-up and scheduling.
• Provide receipts and documentation to customers.
• Protect customer information and handle inquiries professionally.
• Update CRM with customer contacts and notes.
