Qualifications

• Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in money movement, with a focus on processing, clearing, servicing, researching, and settling disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to follow prescribed instructions and procedures, with minimal variance from guidelines and protocols.
• Developing proficiency in automation technologies, with the ability to apply these to support and implement optimization initiatives.
• Developing proficiency in client experience, with an understanding of how dealers interact and perceive a brand or business throughout the entire client journey.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Call center experience

Responsibilities

• Process and clear transactions in accordance with established procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicate on dealer inquiries and requests, such as funding inquiries and transaction disputes, providing a positive client experience.
• Utilize automation technologies to optimize transaction processing and account servicing.
• Refer non-standard problems to supervisor or more senior role, adhering to the protocol for non-routine issues.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable product definitions and operating procedures, including upstream and downstream process flows.
