JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Trading Services Specialist to support the execution and processing of trade orders within our trading and portfolio management businesses.

You will learn market products and trading processes while contributing to process improvements and automation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, monitor cash movements and loan transactions, and help drive operational excellence through data analysis and technology tools.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn automation in trading operations.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support and process trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Learn and utilize knowledge of market products to monitor asset and cash levels, addressing discrepancies promptly.
• Learn and apply automation technologies and data analysis techniques to optimize trading operations and efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the trading platform by identifying opportunities for process improvement and proposing solutions.
• Foster productive relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning operations with the firm's strategic objectives.
• Perform investigative work to problem solve utilizing resources to achieve results for stakeholders
• Process and monitor daily cash movements, loan transactions, and loan return transactions
• Identify innovation and process improvement opportunities
