Overview

Important: This is an outside field sales and customer service role, requiring travel within a multi-state territory. Preference is for candidates living near Dallas/Fort Worth Area, Oklahoma City, or Little Rock, with the ability to travel 70% of the time.

How You’ll Make An Impact

The Dealer Marketing (Territory Sales) Consultant (DMC) will provide marketing solutions to automotive dealer clients within an assigned territory, increasing revenue by meeting or exceeding sales objectives. Responsibilities include cold calling, creating, analyzing, and presenting reports on marketing programs during dealer visits. The DMC reports to the Regional Sales Director and collaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Achieve
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by selling Epsilon products to dealerships and dealer groups in your market.
  • Provide exceptional problem resolution and implement solutions to satisfy dealership needs.
  • Participate in customer concern resolution and support existing clients.
  • Manage projects over your assigned accounts.
  • Contribute to developing new marketing products and tools.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal support teams.
Who You Are

Required:

  • Salesforce expertise
  • Territory management skills
  • Experience selling core products and direct-to-consumer campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with automotive marketing platforms and CRM
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing expectations

Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000. Additional bonus or incentives may apply based on performance and other factors. Salary range is subject to change.
