BizzyCar, Inc. in Chicago seeks a Dealer Relations Manager to grow and manage dealer partnerships, drive onboarding, and ensure adoption of our software. You will work with dealers from principals to service managers to maximize value and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with product and sales teams to expand revenue, conduct quarterly business reviews, and support dealerships in achieving their goals with our solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in sales, account management, customer success or service, preferably in a retail environment.
• Must have automotive dealership or automotive tech experience.
• Proven track record in franchise dealership operations or selling integrated solutions to dealerships.
• Account risk mitigation or save motion experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with dealership partners from Dealer Principals to Service Managers and drive adoption of BizzyCar software.
• Deliver onboarding, proactive support, and ongoing training to improve dealership operations.
• Serve as the face of BizzyCar, cultivating strong, lasting partnerships with dealership teams.
