Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of program management, business operations, product launches, or cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives independently in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence decisions and drive results without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, product launches, and business priorities from planning through implementation.
• Own project outcomes, establish plans, manage risks, and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams, driving alignment and accountability across stakeholders.
• Build relationships with leaders to influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Identify obstacles and drive process improvements to enhance execution and customer experience.
