Job summary

Manheim, part of the Cox family of businesses, is hiring a Dealer Services Specialist II in Tolleson, AZ. You’ll be the go-to for dealer clients, ensuring a smooth, professional auction experience and acting as the pit crew for their auction day.

Responsibilities include representing the dealer lane, promoting services, helping vehicles get ready, negotiating bids, and solving problems as the friendly face clients rely on. Minimum HS diploma with 3 years’ related experience; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 3 years' related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include color vision and distance judgment.

Responsibilities

• Represent dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim's products and services.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and suggest reconditioning ideas.
• Resolve problems and be the friendly face for clients.
