Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements: distance, color, and focus adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Represent the dealer sales lane on sale days.
• Promote Manheim's products and services.
• Help dealers get vehicles ready for auction.
• Negotiate bids, advise on pricing, and suggest reconditioning steps.
• Be the friendly face and problem-solver for dealer clients.
