No. 1 Collision Group in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a results-driven professional to serve as the primary contact for dealership partners and to build lasting relationships, ensuring a smooth repair process and high customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with dealership staff, provide regular updates, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs, while promoting positive engagement and referral opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Autobody or Dealership environments.
• Extensive experience working with insurance companies in California.
• Team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean record; able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with dealership staff to streamline processes, manage service requests, and ensure timely communication.
• Provide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Develop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives (e.g., monthly prize draws, gift card incentives).
• Encourage and promote positive Google Reviews and online engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular visits to dealerships to assess needs, provide updates, and nurture partnerships.
• Track client and dealership interactions; identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
• Research and maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies.
• Assist the Production Manager with operational tasks as needed.
• Move customer vehicles safely, as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
