Job summary

No. 1 Collision Group in Newport Beach is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure a premier collision repair experience for clients.

You will assign work to technicians, monitor vehicle status, move vehicles as needed, and organize sublet work; you will also drive production meetings and support the parts team and repair planner to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• Autobody experience is an asset.
• Team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Working knowledge of computers and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production urgency and workflow.
• Assign work to technicians and monitor progress.
• Move vehicles as needed to keep operations flowing.
• Perform quality control throughout the repair process.
• Organize sublet work when required and coordinate with outside teams.
• Lead production meetings and update staff on vehicle status.
• Assist/direct the parts department.
• Assist/direct the repair planner (supplement estimator).
• Plan and direct technicians for maximum efficiency.
• Contribute to other duties as assigned.
