Job summary

Polaris Inc. seeks a Dealer Policy Manager to govern and optimize its dealer network. You will collaborate with legal, field sales, channel leadership, and marketing to manage dealer agreements, policy compliance programs, and performance initiatives.

You will interpret and communicate policy requirements, drive compliant execution, and deliver reports on status and impact to leadership and stakeholders. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, administration, and reporting of annual dealer agreements with cross-functional partners.
• Manage dealer policy programs including MAP, credit line requirements, and cancellation policies.
• Monitor compliance and execute enforcement actions with dealer communications and corrective actions.
• Partner with legal and sales teams to align policy requirements and program execution.
• Develop reporting and communications to inform leadership of status and trends.
• Support dealer performance improvement by identifying eligible dealerships and coordinating action plans.
• Collaborate to evolve dealer policies, standards, and programs.
