Job summary

BMW Group in Woodcliff Lake, NJ is seeking a seasoned dealer network and program management professional for a limited-term assignment. The role will focus on optimizing the RRMC dealer network across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, while ensuring CI/VID standards and contract governance.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dealer data and reporting, and coordinate facility readiness for new dealer appointments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of automotive experience.
• 2+ years direct dealer contact experience; additional experience in ownership services, sales, service or CPO.
• Ability to plan, budget, organize, control and communicate effectively.
• Ability to read retailer financial statements and build profitable relationships.
• Understand design plans for facilities; knowledge of construction/building codes and design/building process.
• Strong decision-making with a high sense of urgency.
• Able to manage multiple projects and communicate across levels, including executives.
• Project team experience; MBA and dealer development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and optimize the Rolls Royce Motor Cars dealer network across the U.S., Canada and LATAM using future volume plans and market studies.
• Ensure CI/VID and Sales & Service standards are implemented at every retail location.
• Develop and enforce Dealer Operating Requirements and related contracts and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve dealer and organizational performance with market analysis.
• Prepare setup for new dealer appointments including location and showroom compliance.
• Maintain and govern dealer data, reporting, and IT/system upgrades for U.S. requirements.
