F&S Manufacturing Inc. seeks a driven Dealer Development & Sales Representative to grow our dealer network, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market opportunities in agriculture.

The role blends inside and outside sales responsibilities including prospecting, account management, product training, and territory development. You will travel seasonally, conduct demonstrations, prepare quotations, and support regional growth initiatives with CRM-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively during seasonal periods, including overnight travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and qualify new customer and dealer opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts and dealer partners.
• Schedule and conduct product education, demonstrations, and training for new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve established sales goals and support territory growth initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM software.
• Coordinate with operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions.
