Job summary

Toyota seeks a Dealer Facilities Analyst to support regional design schemes and dealership interior projects from our Plano, TX, office. You’ll maintain design libraries, assist with 2D graphics, and help manage facility asset catalogs while collaborating with multiple teams.

You’ll engage in continuous learning, growth, and ad‑hoc projects, with travel up to 20% domestically. In‑office presence is required three days per week at Plano HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Exposure to Retail Design Environment, Design Development, Product Planning or a related Subject.
• Exposure to sustainable practices, cost‑reduction strategies, and industry standards for Business Suppliers.
• Working Knowledge of Website Administration and Basic Web Technologies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
• Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Working Knowledge of Adobe Creative Software.
• Ability to be in‑office 3 days a week at our Plano HQ location.
• Ability to potentially travel up to 20% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update and organize Image USA II and DOF design schemes and finish lists.
• Coordinate with various groups through TMNA to support the development of 2D graphics for dealership interior projects.
• Assist in updating facility asset catalogs (accessories, technology, etc.).
• Coordinate customer surveys with VOC and compile summary of results
• Provide support to the Facilities and Planning Teams (e.g. Facility project reviews, facility measurements, reporting RMD Facilities website support, Image USA II Grand Opening coordination, Analyst backup coverage)
• Training, Growth and Development, Ad‑Hoc Projects
