Job summary

Entrega is seeking an Account Support Specialist to manage a portfolio of Dealers for OEM software applications. You will support onboarding, tailor solutions to dealer needs, and drive utilization through targeted training and engagement strategies.

The role emphasizes collaboration with OEM Field Representatives and cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding milestones are met and dealer success is achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years work experience in sales, account management, project coordination, project management, or a client-focused industry required.
• 1+ year OEM program knowledge preferred.
• 1+ year Dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned list of Dealers regarding OEM software applications.
• Support onboarding to the software application and recommend customizations.
• Drive dealer engagement and utilization through training and platform benefits.
• Coordinate with OEM Field Representatives and internal teams to ensure onboarding milestones.
