Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. is seeking a Dealer Contact I in Danville, IL to serve as the primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries, process orders, returns, credits, and provide timely order updates.

You will collaborate with operations, logistics, inventory, quality, finance, and customer support to resolve issues and ensure accurate transactions. The role focuses on customer service excellence, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and effective communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or Associate degree with related experience, or High School Diploma with relevant customer service, operations, or business experience.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiries related to orders, returns, credits, and account support.

What You Will Need (Education):
