The position features a performance-based compensation package, with motivated individuals earning six figures or more.

As a Dealer Account Manager, your role involves educating and training current dealer partners, acquiring new contacts, managing sales activities, and ensuring quality service delivery. You will need a consultative sales approach, managing your dealer base to understand and grow within the Westlake Program.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare presentations and proposals for dealership management
  • Identify and contact sales prospects
  • Follow up on leads and referrals
  • Develop and maintain dealer relationships
  • Communicate regularly with dealer partners to train and inform about programs
  • Assist with loan solutions and restructuring
  • Help prepare sales contracts and educate dealers on requirements
  • Stay updated on financial products and sales materials
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
Qualifications
  • Experience in Automotive, Finance, and Sales (required)
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Proficiency with technology and computer skills
  • Goal-oriented with a desire for growth
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams
  • Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (beneficial)
  • Previous outside sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
