Job summary

Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort LLC is seeking a Dealer who will perform the assigned game according to company policy and procedures. The Dealer is responsible for providing exceptional guest service that will lead to the enjoyment of all patrons, and must learn and follow all rules of the designated game, using math and critical thinking.

The role requires English proficiency (spoken, read, and written), ability to communicate clearly, and flexibility to work casino hours (24/7, 365).

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test required.
• Ability to obtain a license through IRGC.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons. Conducts the game per company policy.
• Makes payoffs and handles other customer table action.
• Must bend, stretch, reach, stand, and twist at anytime during shift.
• Controls speed of the game.
• Ability/availability to work Casino hours – 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year
