PENN Entertainment in Jackpot, NV is seeking table games staff to create a hospitable, confident guest experience at the table. The role requires knowledge of games dealt, strict compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulations, and the ability to protect and pace play while delivering quick payouts.

Applicants must pass a live audition, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward guests, greet Guests by name when known, and thank them for playing when leaving the table.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt.
• Compliance with company and departmental policies, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.
• Ensure appropriate game protection and game pace for all players.
• Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately.
• Fill and credit tables by verification of cheques; open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory.
