Job summary

Cactus Petes Resort Casino in Jackpot, NV is seeking table games dealers to provide friendly, high-quality service and ensure accurate game play. You will greet guests, maintain confidentiality, and operate with integrity while upholding Nevada Gaming Regulations.

Candidates must pass a live audition on one or more table games, be 21+, and be flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights and weekends. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with standard benefits per company policy.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Excellent organizational skills, presentation skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
• Must approach team member questions and concerns in a caring, confidential and helpful manner.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere of hospitality and friendliness toward Guests, make eye contact, greets Guests by first name, if known, upon arriving to the table, and thank the Guest for playing when they leave the table.
• Knowledge in all aspects of the games dealt .
• Compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Nevada Gaming Regulations and Internal controls .
• Ensure appropriate game protection .
• Ensure appropriate game pace for all players .
• Ensure payouts are made quickly and accurately .
• Fill and credit tables by verification of Cheques.
• Open and close tables by verification of all cheque inventory .
