Job summary

Qualifications

• CFA/CPA or related certification is a plus.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and travel to client sites.
• Proficient with MS Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Participates in quality of earnings due diligence for acquisitions by private equity or strategic buyers.
• Analyzes financial/operational results of targets via records review and management interviews.
• Prepares/evaluates pro forma financial information.
• Evaluates effects of seasonality and cash flow requirements.
• Performs industry and company research; correlates findings with client valuations.
