Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) in Bellevue, WA seeks a Deal Services Associate to support due diligence engagements for acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers. You will analyze targets’ financials, prepare pro forma information, and help assess cash flow needs while collaborating with management and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position is: $58,400 – $90,000

Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
