CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in Bellevue, WA seeks a Deal Services Associate to support quality of earnings due diligence for acquisitions by private equity and strategic buyers.

You will analyze financial results, prepare pro forma statements, and assess cash flow implications while collaborating with clients and teams across the firm. Travel to client sites may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required.
• Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post-graduate certification is a plus.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and financial data reporting.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and learn new technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

• Participates in quality of earnings due diligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
• Analyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
• Prepares/evaluates pro forma financial information.
• Evaluates effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
• Performs Industry and company research.
• Correlates due diligence findings with client valuations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.

The wage range for this position is: $58,400 - $90,000 Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
