CLA is seeking a Senior for Deal Services to perform financial due diligence, Quality of Earnings, and M&A advisory. The role involves direct client interaction, leading engagements, and delivering detailed reports on findings to clients while ensuring timely wrap-up and budget alignment.

You will supervise associates, train staff, and coordinate with principals, requiring strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with internal CLA systems. This position is based in Houston.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2 years of experience as an Associate in an equivalent industry/service.
• Working towards CFA, CPA or other post-graduate degree or relevant certification.
• General knowledge of accounting principles and/or regulations impacting each engagement or project.
• Understanding of internal software systems including Pfx Engagement, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Windows and Office.

• Service Specialization: deep knowledge of CLA's service capabilities and ability to bring the service to any client.
• Transaction Advisory/Deal Services: conducts due diligence, leads client calls, reviews work, analyzes data for financial risks, and communicates results.
• Supervisory: schedules, delegates, trains, coaches, mentors Associates and demonstrates project leadership.
