Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group's Central Office at the Corporate Headquarters as a Deal Processing Clerk, handling deal reviews, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role emphasizes precision, strong organization, and excellent customer communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in clerical or administrative role with deal processing or data entry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Review and process deals/contracts to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Data entry: accurately enter transaction data into company systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for deals and contracts: tracking and filing records.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to address inquiries and provide updates on deal status.
• Ensure all transactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Generate and review reports related to deal processing and transaction status; address discrepancies.
• Support with various administrative tasks related to deal processing and coordination with other departments.
