Responsibilities

• Review sales deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and required signatures.
• Submit funding packages and ensure follow-up for timely processing.
• Register warranties and apply rebates, incentives, and bonuses.
• Keep the sales desk stocked with required forms and documents.
• Process and manage titles through the WebDealer system.
• Track and manage dealership inventory and title documentation.
• Notify customers when license plates are available or mailed.
• Monitor lien payoffs to ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with sales and accounting to support operations.
• Assist with other clerical or administrative tasks as needed.
