Job summary

Chainguard is hiring a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Deal Desk team. You’ll partner closely with our global Sales team to support the end-to-end deal lifecycle, from pricing strategy to quote creation and contract execution, ensuring deals move efficiently and stay compliant.

This role emphasizes quote-to-signature support, Roadrunner CPQ and Ironclad CLM administration, and data integrity across Salesforce, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal and Product.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Deal Desk experience in Enterprise SaaS B2B
• Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools is a plus
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure) is nice to have
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Willingness to travel for QBRs (1x per quarter)

Responsibilities

• Deal Desk Management: quote creation, pricing approvals, OF generation, and closing in Salesforce
• Manage quote queue and approval workflows with timely responses
• Drive deal momentum at month/quarter ends and unblock blockers
• Provide pricing insights, product guidance, and deal-structure analysis
• Systems Oversight: administer Roadrunner CPQ and Ironclad CLM, update price books
• Maintain data integrity across CPQ, CLM, and Salesforce
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Legal and Product to streamline deals
