Job summary

Mobility is seeking a results-oriented Deal Desk Analyst in Michigan to support structuring complex deals, ensure policy and margin alignment, and aid the pricing process across quoting and templates.

You will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and Product to finalize contracts, maintain documentation, monitor Salesforce workflows, and report deal metrics while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve pricing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Operations, or Financial Analyst role.
• Experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment preferred.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deal Desk Support: structure and review commercial deals to ensure alignment with policies and margin targets.
• Pricing: support quoting, help establish and maintain pricing guardrails, tools and templates.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with Sales and Legal to facilitate contract execution and resolve deal issues.
• Documentation: maintain deal desk processes, approvals, and exceptions.
• Salesforce monitoring: oversee deal workflows and identify process improvements.
• Reporting: track deal metrics, timelines, and pricing policy compliance.
• Pricing analysis: support strategic pricing decisions and competitive positioning.
• Modeling: assist scenario and financial impact assessments for pricing strategies.
