  • Deliver high quality, compliant quotes while managing case load efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction between the Deal Desk and the Sales team.
  • Partner with the Sales teams in the quote creation process.
  • Ensure that appropriate amendments and documentation are associated with each quote.
  • Support and coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Product teams.
  • Identify trends, errors, and process inefficiencies; proactively recommend solutions.

Description

The Deal Desk Analyst serves as a key partner to the Sales team, acting as the primary escalation point for non-standard deals. This role is critical in delivering high-quality, compliant quotes and facilitating smooth contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively across departments to streamline sales execution and improve margins.

The pay range for this position is $44,982 - $77,112 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
