Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; coursework in accounting preferred.
• 0–2 years accounting or clerical experience; dealership experience a plus.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiar with CDK is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process all new, used, and wholesale deals into the Dealer Management System (DMS).
• Review deal jackets for completeness, pricing accuracy, VIN verification, and tax/title documentation.
