Job summary

Citrin Cooperman is seeking a Transaction Advisory Manager in Chicago to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients and corporate acquirers. You will manage engagements, prepare data packs, and present analyses and recommendations to clients.

The role requires strong knowledge of US GAAP, excellent communication, and the ability to mentor junior staff while coordinating with senior analysts across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients and corporate buyers/sellers.
• Plan and manage due diligence engagements within budget and act as primary client contact.
• Prepare and review Excel data packs and due diligence reports for presentations.
• Analyze historical financial/operating results, identify risks and business trends.
• Develop financial models related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff; oversee senior analysts.
