Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Records Examiner/Analyst to support the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) mission. In this role, you will review data from multiple sources, confirm completeness, and accurately enter information into databases and documents.

You will create and manage case files, verify data integrity, and track status to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining strong communication with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree, or High School Diploma/GED with two years' experience.
• Demonstrated ability to grasp organization and function of the customer.
• Project/workload management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to review, interpret and extract data from complex documents.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and related software.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service; adaptable and team-oriented.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism.
