Job summary

ING Americas in New York seeks an Associate in Global Capital Markets to contribute to debt capital markets origination and execution. You will collaborate with coverage bankers and product specialists to structure and distribute bond solutions, while supporting clients across US IG corporates and project-related opportunities.

The role involves preparing materials, coordinating pricing updates, and leading live transaction workstreams, with guidance and oversight from senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Series 79, 63 licenses.
• Experience in US Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and accounting concepts.
• Desirable: CFA or similar qualification.
• Strong MS Office and Bloomberg skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the DCM coverage across sectors and help to grow ING US debt capital markets franchise.
• Lead preparation of pitch materials.
• Coordinate and prepare multi-currency pricing updates with syndicate desks.
• Lead key transaction management activities and support deal execution.
• Prepare weekly digests covering fixed income markets, rates and deal commentary.
