Sunbird Software Inc. is seeking an entry‑level DCIM Learning & Development Specialist I to support the delivery of training programs for internal teams and customers.

You will help build foundational knowledge of Sunbird’s software and training processes while delivering structured training under guidance. You will deliver basic sessions (virtual and in-person), assist in creating materials, and maintain training records.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in training, teaching, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a willingness to develop further.
• Basic technical aptitude and ability to learn software systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Additional Information

• Travel: Occasional travel may be required for onsite training engagements.
• Work Hours: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional off-hours, to support training schedules and global teams.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer for content creation and training delivery.
• Ability to speak continuously for more than two or more hours during training sessions and webinars.
