Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Rhythm of Business Strategic Lead to join the Data Center Communities (DCC) organization. You will own the narrative and shape strategy, translating operational complexity into clear executive-ready plans and reviews.

You will collaborate with DCC senior leadership to define commitments, measure progress, and communicate across AIS, building strong relationships with engineering, finance, HR, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering long-term strategy for a large organization.
• Experience building financial and operational reports used for decision-making.
• Ability to influence senior executives and establish credibility quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end OP document development from data collection to executive narrative.
• Synthesize inputs into a cohesive workforce plan with rationale.
• Partner with Finance to align headcount trajectories and cost models.
• Design and manage the rhythm of business including reviews and planning.
