Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Clerical in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on learning and performing inventory control tasks to meet DC service level agreements and maintain accurate stock levels.

Work hours are Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am with overtime as needed. Pay rate is $20.75 per hour (base $18.25 + $2.00 shift differential). The incumbent will use RDM, MFCS, and PowerBI to support daily workload and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to proactively identify and remove obstacles preventing success.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, OneNote, Teams, SharePoint.
• Able to work overtime, including extra days.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems preferred.

The 2nd Shift Inventory Control Clerical will learn all Inventory Control functions. The Inventory Control Clerical will have an assigned focus on completing job functions that align with the DC service level agreements as well as maintaining accurate inventory levels. The role requires accountability for completing daily workload plans, workload analysis, staffing and hours analysis, and various research and inventory duties.

This position works 2nd Shift Hours (Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am) with some required Overtime. The payrate is $20.75/hr (base rate of $18.25 +$2.00 shift differential).
