Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Clerical at our U.S. distribution center. You will learn all inventory control functions, focus on DC service level agreements and accurate inventory, and manage daily workload plans, staffing hours analysis, and related research.

The role runs Monday-Thursday 3pm-1am with overtime; requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years clerical experience, strong communication, and good Microsoft Office skills. Experience with WMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 years of clerical experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and adaptable in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Ability to work overtime; experience with WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tasks are completed within time constraints.
• Learn multiple systems: RDM, MFCS, PowerBI.
• Learn and work on the DC Balance report daily.
• Obtain feedback from peers.
• Identify process efficiency opportunities and propose solutions.
• Perform daily research and inventory duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
