Job summary

Ross Stores, a Fortune 500 off-price retailer, is seeking a Production/Distribution Supervisor to oversee hourly teams in our Fort Mill facility and ensure on-time processing of merchandise to stores.

You will develop talent, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement while building a positive, collaborative work environment.

BS degree or 2 years supervisory experience preferred; strong communication and leadership needed to manage across shifts.

Qualifications

• BS degree or two years supervisory experience in a production or merchandising function (preferred).
• Developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as organization/prioritization skills are necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple shifts/departments.

Responsibilities

• Manages hourly team to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Trains, motivates, coaches, and evaluates associates using MAP process.
• Ensures safety regulations and maintains production standards.
• Conducts daily huddle meetings and facilitates staff trainings.
• Prepares associate evaluations and administers reviews with Merch Manager.
• Maitains daily paperwork such as time and production records.
• Attends special events planning for team.
