Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
• Must have experience with forklift operation.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight]).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pick/Pack Operations: Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
• Palletizing Goods: Organize and stack products on pallets for shipment.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
