Key Responsibilities

• Picking all line orders and staging them for shipping

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

• Picking product and building pallets to standard
• Staging product on shipping dock according to schedule
• Using RF Scanner for accuracy
• Matching shade numbers via label verification
• Creating and placing new license plates on pallets
• Using breakage sheets daily
• Reading item labels and identifying products
• Navigating the warehouse effectively
• Learning and promoting Emser Tile values
• Thriving in a busy, organized, goal-oriented environment
• Being results-driven and customer-focused
• Knowledge of database/query functions
• Responding to non-verbal cues
• Employing leadership skills including critical thinking and decision-making
• Building trust through influence and communication
• Performing basic math calculations
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• 1-3 years of picking experience
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varied warehouse environments
• Work in loud settings
• Lift weights over 100 pounds
• See and hear adequately
• Use hands and arms effectively
• Work on a computer for extended periods
• Bend and kneel as needed
• Forklift certification required
