Key Responsibilities

• Picking all line orders and staging them for shipping

Qualifications (Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience)

• Pick product and build pallets to standard
• Stage product on shipping dock according to schedule
• Use RF Scanner for accuracy
• Verify labels and match shade numbers
• Create and place license plates on pallets
• Use breakage sheet daily
• Read item labels and identify products
• Navigate warehouse effectively
• Commit to Emser Tile's culture and values
• Work well in a busy, organized, goal-oriented environment
• Be results-driven and customer-focused
• Have knowledge of database/query functions
• Respond to non-verbal cues
• Exhibit leadership, critical thinking, decision-making, listening skills

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Work in varying warehouse temperatures
• Work in loud environments

• Forklift certification required
